Pros

My co-workers made it enjoyable.

Cons

The constant changing of priorities, the lack of transparency, and tone-deafness. You can't be a company of culture if you destroy the culture by chasing short profits and letting go of an entire team that helped build the culture.

You will learn a lot quickly, work with talented people, and be on fast-paced exciting projects.

Cons

Not a lot of space for career growth or mobility into new domains. Poor raise structure. Company is favoring more off shore hires.
