It is a great place to work. The environment is fun and working with the latest technologies never gets boring. I have been able to add numerous technologies to my skill set in my short time here. Tenured members of the staff are doing a great job of imparting knowledge and providing the tools for me to grow and succeed in the business. My coworkers are great and I'm proud to call Adar my home. (It doesn't hurt that the break room is awesome!)

I recently joined Adar and I have nothing but positive things to say. When I compare the onboarding and training process to previous companies I've worked for, this place is far ahead of the pack. Not only was there a formal orientation, but every employee was extremely welcoming and happy to have me join the team. It appears to me that employees genuinely enjoy their jobs and management really makes an effort to make the environment happy and positive. There is a fully stocked lounge with TVs, food, beverages, and games, which doesn't hurt morale, either. Finding a company who invests in their employees is extremely rare, and Adar definitely does it. Also, the company is growing FAST, which is such a benefit if you're looking to grow in your career.
