      Pros

      Solid technical and business leadership. The company culture has that "Let's get it done" attitude and do what is right for the customer. The company gives you the flexibility to be creative, leverage your work experience, take chances. You get some wins and you learn from your risks that may have not worked out. Very team oriented for support across organizations from the executive leadership, to marketing, technical engineering, customer support, sales, etc. This is a growth mode company with plenty of opportunities. This is one of those companies that has 4 generations of employee types working together and making it happen. That's not too common these days.

      Cons

      The typical growing pains with companies in growth mode. Don't expect fortune 500 business processes in place. It does give opportunity for you to contribute to continuous improvement programs.

      Pros

      ADAR has a unique culture unlike anything I have been a part of. Top down it is one big family. Executives are involved, available and truly care about the employees and their well being, with a strong collaborative focus on helping the clients. As the company grows more and more opportunities are and will become available across the board.

      Cons

      This isn't necessarily a con, but ADAR is a smaller company. If you need a large corporate environment, or prefer to be just one of many, this may not be for you. If you want to be involved and help to make a difference, check out ADAR>

      Pros

      Exceptional support staff to promote the growth of individual employees Diverse clientele ranging from US natives to companies in other countries Positive interactions with all employees from working within a small company. They always attempt to keep everyone within the "loop" Great eating options in the area for the lunch break! The environment while working here is extremely welcoming and new members are treated as if they have been around for years Expansive knowledge base known as the G.A.M.E detailing most things a tech would run into while working at Adar

      Cons

      Chicago Traffic blows 1 year before you are allowed into the 401k Very specific plans of action for each individual company, 100+, making the learning curve extremely steep
