      Pros

      Adar leadership demonstrates a commitment to doing what is right and best for their customers and employees. Overall staff is involved, committed and passionate about service and customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      With any fast growing company, their are growing pains. This can be perceived as a con or embraced as an opportunity to influence.

      Pros

      This company has lots of friendly and welcoming employees. You're not just another employee. The CEO is beyond approachable and helpful. There are many perks! Aside from snacks and games available in the lounge the work feels like challenging fun rather than work.

      Cons

      The building can be temperamental at times but nothing that affects the overall attitude and environment in the company. Other than small issues such as that, I have not experience any professional issues.

      Pros

      Good location if live in northern burbs. Lot of free lunches and snacks.

      Cons

      Excessively high turnover in all departments. 16% alone in last 30 days. (5 of 31 FT) Major differences between stated priorities and actual priorities and between words and actions. Highly religious culture to the point of being uncomfortable. Almost petty, but HVAC erratic and bathroom situation is deplorable.
