The golf outings are fun

Cons

No direction or leadership, literally no training or investment in it's employees whatsoever. Here's a desk, here's a computer and we'll see you in 6 months. Nesco is pretty much a chop shop that throws a lot of crap at the wall and prays that something sticks.

Not high expectations to meet here. Work independently most of the time. Healthcare and benefits were provided.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, cheap, they lie and they only care if you can make them money. Even if you do make money they still will find shady ways to release someone. If your banking on commission to make up for the below average salary think again. The hours are long and not worth the pay. The stress of working here and not making commission isn't worth it. They will tell you its a stressful job but its a lot of negative energy from the company management to deal with everyday. HR is a joke here. You can do better than this company in Dallas to say the least.

We are given lots of training, great incentives, the best recruiting tools and the particular branch I work for has the most amazing team and leadership. Executive and middle management constantly looking for employee feedback for ways to improve

Cons

Medical benefits are not great and although we get tons of training, it isn't always advanced enough for senior level employees
