Everything! Everything they told me was wrong!!! The person I was to report to didn’t start for an hour after I was told to be there. So I just sat there in break room. Was hired for one position data entry, but they didn’t put it in the computer as such, so for 2 hours I worked in different position, mailing helper. Finally got to correct place only to find out the hours they told were wrong. I was told 7-3 and now it was 9-5. Told I was gonna get a 30 minute lunch break, nope, 3-10 minute breaks instead. Could not do the 9-5 because of little ones at home, I went back to mailing helper. Only there 3 days to find out not enough work so I had to go to assembly to put DNA kits together and had to make a quota, in which nobody made!!! Also Nesco said raise in usually in about 3 weeks with potential to be hired on in 3-6 months. Was talking to other temps for another company there were people there for over year and half with no raise and not hired on!!! I told my employment rep and looked at me with the biggest smile and seriously ask how I liked it!!! Completely clueless!!!

-Benefits are horrible and way overpriced. -Management is a complete joke. -One of the worst places I've ever worked for gossip and favoritism. -The pay is too low for what is expected of the employees. -The training leaves a lot to be desired. -Management makes decisions without supportive reasoning. -Employees are punished for suggesting process improvements or questioning any decisions within the branch. -Employees are not treated fairly across the board. -This company is similar to a middle school lunch room, with cliques, gossip and lack of maturity. -Branch management forces employees to have personal Facebook accounts and requires friending of every employee in the branch.I -Positions with certain duties are promised, but once hired the job is completely different. -Set hours are promised, but once hired you are required to work multiple Saturdays and some late evenings with no regard for employees with children or family commitments outside of regular business hours.
