Dear Former Coffee Boutique Specialist, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your positive experience working part-time with Nespresso! A “flexible work schedule” is important with a part time job and our flexible scheduling is a great example of how we actively encourage and implement ways of working to better support work-life balance. To your point, this does sometimes include working holidays. We take pride in our compensation and benefits package which includes excellent perks, like free coffee and machines, as well as bonuses for eligible roles. Lastly, I want to reiterate what you said about “great co-workers” – our people, yourself included, are what make Nespresso great. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever have ideas on ways in which we can improve. Best of luck, Alfonso Gonzalez CEO, Nespresso North America
