Some nice perks but outdated policies and pos system

Nice perks; free coffee, machines, allotment etc Quarterly bonus Decent hours of operation Good insurance

Cons

Hard to move up Pos system is outdated and often broken No parking Taking PTO is difficult Short staffed Not much communication between higher ups and store level. They change their mind frequently. And zero communication between call center and store level.

Great job to have as a student, whether in highschool or college/uni. The job demands did not interfere with my education and the compensation was enough to get me by week to week.

Cons

Little room for growth or advancement. Pressure to upsell, meet targets and maintain KPIs for little pay. Management only care about your numbers. Difficult to book time off.
