      None. Well, you may learn some lessons the hard way that there are some company and people that you should avoid for your career.

      Poor leadership No communication Disorganized culture Low compensation No respect to employees Overall, this company never stops disappointing their employees.

      Pros

      good for college grade but not for seniors. NIce people to work with but management

      Cons

      suddenly they told me 'Today is not good, this is your last day and withing half an hour your account will be locked' I was shocked. do not accept any employment with this company if your salary range 90 + . they'll find cheaper somebody and next day without notice, you'll be sacked.

      Some of my team members are the best people I have worked with. you get to work with some new cool technology.

      Cons

      Fake positive reviews! Micromanagement to the point of being psychotic. Management wants to know "to the minute" what your are doing but then can't remember anything at then end of the conversation. Only concerned with making money. Don't care about customers at all. Overcharge for everything. Horrible health insurance. Cost over $1000 out of pocket for a CT scan. I get so angry and frustrated that I find myself pacing and talking to myself. I have to get out ASAP before I go completely INSANE.
