Pros

The common pro in the reviews is the monthly Employee Appreciation lunch, which seems like something small but it makes a big difference in the way we all get to come together and socialize with other departments and colleagues we wouldn’t usually see. From this, my co-workers have become like family, we take care of each other. Also, thanks to the new office manager, she took the monthly lunches from pizza every time to themed healthy lunches with different menus and awesome food. They also do a lot of other things for us like fun holiday activities and put on health fairs so we can save a trip to the doctor for flu shots and other things. Earlier this year, we even had people come in to give everyone a massage! Leadership goes far to make sure we feel appreciated and it makes working here that much better. There are even trainings offered to help us master different software and a good entrepreneurial culture. There is mobility within the company which is also a great bonus!

Cons

We don’t have as many paid holidays as most companies, but we do get a generous PTO allowance. On occasion, allowances are made if you run out of PTO days and have things planned, so it all evens out.

Pros

I have been working at Net@Work for five years, and I love it here. They have great people & co-workers working here. Everyone is great to be around. The work / life balance is good to point where I don't feel overwhelmed with the work too often. The company culture is wonderful , and Management is very helpful and communicative. I continue to feel challenged and inspired each day that I come to work. There are monthly staff lunches with different menus each month (which is awesome!) and a Health Fair to take the stress out of work.

Cons

none that I can think of at the moment

Talent Cultivation Is Missing

Pros

It's a paying job.

Cons

Effective strategic planning and up-to-date operations management is a missing. Systems don't integrate well. There is a lack of diversity amongst upper management. The overall atmosphere is bleak and outdated. Automation trumps loyalty for employees who have been around for a long time which is a huge waste of investments without the results to show for it. The cultural divide is very palpable. Upper management is unnecessarily patronizing and rude.
