Pros

The Clients and most of my colleagues are great.

Cons

Zero work/life balance Over worked and under paid Culture from the top down was terrible. This is a place that cares more about making a penny than actually taking care of their customers or employees. It became an ethical and moral conflict for me to continue working there.

Pros

I have worked for many companies, but Net@Work is the only one where the core values are lived by the employees on a daily basis. The executives set the company culture and live it by example. Intracompany communication is very good and it feels more like a family than a team. People treat each other with respect and are very supportive.

Cons

The internal IT infrastructure is improving, but needs more work. Some of the systems are pretty dated. That being said, the IT support for problems is very good.

Opportunities to grow within different interest in the technology and learning various business applications. Autonomy is given and must have a self starter attitude. Smart team and everyone is willing to help.

Cons

Heavy workload and can be very fast paced.
