Pros

Was once a growing company but is now in transition but still relatively stable. Has a great gym and some decent benefits but nothing else.

Cons

Turned into large company that doesn't provide employees any skill diversity or opportunity for growth. Typical large company that restrict your skills to decrease marketability if you would want to leave. Made promises they knew they wouldn't keep.

Highly skilled and nice employees whom lack of candor when it is needed most Inconsistent development methods leading to poor cross functional collaboration Outdated engineering tools could use refresh (+ slow adoption for new tool exists) *Often areas for individual learning and growth are not well defined (varies - might be intentional) Management does recognize many of these issues and they are being addressed (although, it would be recognized faster if employees had more candor)
