Good place to start with...

Cons

E-Series management has no clue on how to improve the business based on market trends. There are lots politics playing towards Engineers in Wichita. Most of the mid to senior level managers do not have enough knowledge to co-operate with engineering teams. No Promotions to engineers, but there are jokers who made through without good knowledge, and a technical background.

Pros

Good people, good engineering management, nice culture.

Cons

Engineers and employees in general are leaving by the boatloads. Constant changes in leadership and direction resulting in inconsistency and frustrations.
