Pros

The people you work with are great. The company has a nice relaxing atmosphere. The pay is good and there are great benefits.

Cons

The upper level of management are what hinders the company. The CEO lacks vision, the company has had layoffs and re-orgs for the past five years straight. When it comes to cuts you are not a person just a number, no matter how hard you worked!
