Mentally ill managers. Worst managers ever seen. Perks are there, but basic work env is not there. HR has no value.

Pros

Best part of working with NetApp is work life balance. Fexible timings, work from home option and average workload are few things people are happy about. Work profile might be good if you are in correct BU.

Cons

Company is lacking vision. Project gets cancelled frequently. Compensation used to be good but now it is just average in the industry. Career progress is very slow and promotions are really tough nowadays. US couterpart has always an upper hand over Indians.
