1. Nice culture. 2. Helpful peers.. 3. Better facilities (still) compared with most peer companies. 4. Work life balance

Cons

1. Compensation not competitive anymore. 2. Incoming hires are not as good as former hires used to be. 3. There has been a recent surge in distrust due to seasonal firings, which were an exception before. 4. Due to a change in culture, it's become more difficult to get things done competitively and get appreciated.

Good work life balance. Awesome people to work. Lots of growth opportunities for engineers. High visibility. Reduced politics compared to other companies.

Cons

Outdated salary range. They *Must* have to consider bay area salary ranges otherwise they will lose talent for sure. I also got this feeling from my other colleagues as well.
