Pros

The S3 (Sales, Services, Support) Academy is a wonderful professional development program that encompasses IT Foundations, NetApp Products and Services, as well as soft skills like presenting, and customer engagements. NetApp has several beautiful offices worldwide. Great benefits and 3 company wide wellness days per fiscal year.

Cons

2 in office days per week required if you are within 25 miles of an office. Products and Services often change names and there have already been several rounds of layoffs and restructurings during my time at the company.

Pros

Many great people at NetApp, with a strong focus on results. Some old-school approaches, which folks are working to modernize. While PTO is weak, there is a great benefit of up to one week of time to spend volunteering at a non-profit of your choosing.

Cons

Senior leaders seem to feel like they know best no matter what.
