As size 10,000 employees company, provides standard benefits, relax work places for a lot of long term employees, stock price went up for a while
Cons
When employee raise issues about manager, HR forwarded complains to manager directly; during performance bonus review and payoff period, managers pick up employees based on personal preference to deny bonus, employees worked full full year with contributions received nothing due to bad managers; company has used bad service such as Discovery Benefits on COBRA plan, let formal employees suffers from the poor services.
