Pros
They have a very nice facility and all. The personal and work life balance is ok also. Compensation is just average compared to the companies I worked for before.
Cons
They are very disorganized. The department that I worked for does not value the people who are actually doing the job. If you are not part of the people that interact with the customer, you are nobody. At one time, our team has to deal with the issue that the customer is having. The engineer (or so they say) that was in charged to help them couldn't figure out what to do to the point that they replaced an entire rack of units. Our teammate was asked to assist and found out right away that it was a power distribution problem. After a while, the department head sent out an email congratulating the no-good engineer and no mention of my colleague who actually found the problem.
