      Pros

      You will succeed if you want to, plenty of career growth and opportunity. Work/Life balance works really well for me. Great work environment and facilities

      Cons

      Some in position are there because of the quick growth, not because of they are deserving. To much meeting and not enough doing.

      Pros

      Very good working environment, with challenging projects and good management. They expect you to get your work done but don't freak out if something is a little late. Many talented employees that work hard. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Would have given 5 stars if there wasn't two mandatory vacation periods for a total of ~7 days. Employees should be able to take their vacation when they want. Wichita employees don't get paid as well as Boulder/RTP/Sunnyvale.
