- Stock options - Yearly Bonus - Competitive pay for the region

Cons

- Smidge of nepotism - Out of touch senior management - Lack of innovation; "new tech" only comes in the form of acquisition. Patent wall hadn't been updated since 2016. - Too frequent layoffs - Deception in the ranks - Lack of diversity after the 2014 lay-offs
