Pros

In our vertical there is excellent management support. I work with the best group of people I've ever worked with. Training offered is very good. Pretty good perks. The famous (or infamous) Beer Bash on Fridays. I've never had a boring day. I've been here a year and I love it.

Cons

As a whole the company has been slow to respond to market changes. I love working here, but I can't help wondering where it will be in 3-5 years. It was slow to recognize the the growing strength/threat of cloud based storage to its oem server hardware approach and failed early on to develop its own products for that market.
