Pros

Great co-workers! There are tons of opportunities here. The company makes you feel important and goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy coming to work. There are always activities and events to take part in.

Cons

Too many things to learn. Not especially a downside, but there are a lot of products to support. You need to specialize.

Pros

Netapp has a great culture. Many perks that other companies don't offer and wouldn't even think of offering (Beer Bash every friday). Company is large enough to accommodate various career paths Technical staff gets to put their work behind them when they finish their shift. No afterhours calls

Cons

Support Staff is very lean. Essentially doing the job of 1.5-2 support engineers. Can get overwhelming at times. Not for the weak!
