Pros
Their IT staff is top notch. I didn't work in IT, but their ability to organize their IT staff was really good. Their intranet is chock full of technical details of their product, and its' design, and their engineers are generally eager to share information.
Cons
When i was there there was a bit of lazy that had set in from too much success after a high riding stock, and a pretty great success in the market. Now that they are fighting for market share in new places, that must be shrinking.
