Great Salary to attract employees, but it's a trap.
Cons
Be aware of the company culture, upper management is handling things from China, they do not know how US functions, they can not make decisions either, if something goes wrong, they will push lower rank people to take the responsibilities, if something is done right, they take the praises. This company does not care about employees nor have trust in employees, they invested multiple first parties, and within a few years, slowly closing them all ( Jar of Sparks, Humanoid, World Untold ..etc ) The team hired in US were also led go due to lack of upper management support. Salary might look amazing, but once you come in, it will be a short term draining gig, be aware since you won't be valued here.
