Garbage inner politics. If you're American, you WILL not succeed at this company so don't even bother trying. You will always be on the outside, and they will let you go when they don't need you anymore.

Paids well. Many new studio. Great benefits.

Cons

New studios in USA. As expected with new company, very chaos and unorganized, but they're learning. My small team is very political in rank and seniority. Not allow to talk to anyone about current work outside of the team, which is really weird. Very secretive in what we do.
