Friendly coworkers, no micromanagement, management is friendly and helpful with open doors, great product, fun yearly trips to meet with employees from other states, excellent work/life balance, overall a fantastic place to work

Snacks. And that’s about it.

Cons

It was like being in a prison except you can take a break and eat ok food. Hire management, at the NJ location is not a responsive or personable individual. The floor lead is hard working and encouraging.
