      -Some of the nicest, familial people you will meet -Experts in the industry that are willing to teach their craft in the field -A sense of pride from contributions to the company -You get out exactly what you put in to the company -Opportunities for advancement and growth in the company, both field and office

      Cons

      -Not guaranteed static 40 hours if you work in the field -Office work can be slow during non-peak seasons -Office work can be overwhelming during peak seasons
