      Pros

      Family-like environment. Feeling like your co-workers care about you, especially the management team, is important. You are not a number here. Coming into work and enjoying who you work with everyday is a great benefit! Having a 40 hour work week is fantastic, I know my general schedule before the week starts and get to have weekends and holidays with my family. Best thing!

      Miscommunication can occur sometimes, but that is usually a problem everywhere

      Pros

      NetPlanner is truly a great company to work for; their commitment to employees and customers is unprecedented. A large scale, small feel Company; NetPlanner Systems feels like a family.

      Cons

      The downsides of working at this company are very few and far between. No hard feelings, but if you can't commit to long hours and hard work, and good pay - then this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      We're not just employees. We're a part of the team and we're a part of the NetPlanner family. It doesn't matter what your role in the company is, it only matters that you give it your best. In return, I support my family and sent my kid to college, I pay for my home and go on vacation. I get to do all of this because I earn a good living working with people I genuinely care about and who care about me.

      Cons

      The commuting! And that's not anything NetPlanner can control. I wish they could.
