Getting off early about two pm everyday is a great thing. Leaves the rest of your day open.

Cons

Hours are not promised every week. You can have forty hours one week. Then the next week might get one day.

NSI is the best company I have ever worked for. I start3d as a field tech and advanced to PM. This is the most family oriented place I have worked. When they tell you that they care about you and your family they mean it. I would recommend that anyone with a good work ethic and positive attitude to come aboard and see for yourself.

Pros

Family-like environment. Feeling like your co-workers care about you, especially the management team, is important. You are not a number here. Coming into work and enjoying who you work with everyday is a great benefit! Having a 40 hour work week is fantastic, I know my general schedule before the week starts and get to have weekends and holidays with my family. Best thing!

Cons

Miscommunication can occur sometimes, but that is usually a problem everywhere
