Pros

Netchex is a place where people genuinely care about the work and about each other. Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.

Cons

There has been a lot of change as the company continues to scale and mature. That can create some ambiguity at times, and teams have had to stay flexible as priorities evolve. The upside is that the direction is becoming clearer and processes continue improving.

Pros

Great place to work and working like a startup to rebuild and expand the brand. Culture is shifting and if often hard for employees who have been part of the original founder led ways.

Cons

Re/Start-up working is not for everyone. Moving fast to make decisions and get things done often has it's challenges. But the results make it worthwhile.
