Supportive teammates and strong direct leadership create a collaborative environment, and the role offers solid hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting that helps build valuable skills quickly.

Cons

Compensation is significantly under fair market value for the scope of responsibility and expectations. The workload is consistently high which can make it difficult to sustain long-term in CX roles with limited visibility and little to no opportunity for growth.
