      Pros

      Awesome company and great leadership. The CEO and VP of Sales really do care about you and want you to succeed. Free Benefits and $600 a month car/cell phone allowance. Fast growing

      Cons

      Ramp up time is 6-8 months, at least. When they say you'll make $75k-100k first year, that's very unlikely unless you're in the top 3 Year to date of company. Very small company doing a lot of business. They need more positions to handle all of the need.

      Pros

      I’ve worked in both the private and public sectors, and can confidently say that I’ve never worked for a senior management team with such vision and passion. Expect to work hard - and play hard too. Fun culture with opportunity for growth and a chance to share your ideas/solutions and make a difference. Great group of dedicated and friendly co-workers. Employees are appreciated.

      You get what you put into it; if you’re not willing to work hard and be flexible, don’t bother.
