      Pros

      Nice co-workers, Ok basic training of the system.

      Cons

      Management doesn't give you a chance to grow territory before they kick you out. They do not give you a direction to go. All leads generated by cold calling, setting demos (with little help other than basic knowledge of the system).

      Pros

      Very good software and some very committed employees. Especially in the service and implementation departments. People put in a lot of hours to make things happen.

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid by leaders who pretend to care but are more self consumed. Have made many idle promises with no real follow through. Several departments are grossly understaffed!
