-No consistency, management has no backbone
-Will do anything to “start business sold” including selling their souls, even if they know it will soon result in churn
-No one genuinely cares about the people who work under them.
-Technology is good in theory, but is literally always broken
-Company slogan should be “fake it til you make it”
-They’ll promote a good work life balance but in certain departments if you’re not working past 5 or skipping your lunch you will be passive aggressively talked down to by “members of management”
-Bad management from the top down
-No accountability
-Fear of retaliation
