There have indeed been some big changes across the business, but we try to maintain our agility and speed where we can, but it isn't always easy. Lovely team, great culture, good support, very technically competent engineers, access to training, personal responsibility & ownership. Hybrid/remote work, free food, coffee and lunch. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Progression may be fairly dependent on team/role/manager. Compensation is good, but not extremely competitive. Review cycle is yearly (hard to get promoted off-cycle).
