Benefits, money, unlimited leave (which you can never take)

Cons

Political, toxic, emotionally draining. You get paid well but you sell your soul at the same time. Be ready to put on a show everyday when you turn up at work. Team members are extremely entitled hence rude and disrespectful towards their managers. Lots of gossip vs transparency everywhere. Job safety and psychological safety zero. If you think the Meta layoffs were brutal, this is everyday life at Netflix, except that it isn't publicised in the news.
