      A "blame others" culture and a broken product

      Pros

      There are brilliant people here. It is possible to forge meaningful relationships with peers in your group.

      Cons

      -Long-time sales team members flex that they have "the CEO's cell phone number" and use that when they don't get what they want. -Sales blames everyone else when things go wrong. -The product isn't working for bigger customers. -Radical changes are made and aren't seen through to the end. -Lots of blame between parts of the org -Very behind on caring for mental health in a post-COVID pandemic work setting

      Pros

      I am in sales, and have been part of many product companies. I have never had a better vision and team to help me sell in my life. A couple examples 1) Office of the CSO. Imagine being a sales rep and having a team of former top Cisos you leverage daily to help you get the door open, build trust, prove your value, and stays to win the deal with you. 2) SE/SA team. Imagine having the very best SE team in the industry 3) Vision. Imagine having a story & message that every clients response is, oh wow this is where we need to go. It is not if but when. 4) CEO and Culture. Imagine having a CEO who tells every person in the company to text him night or day. A culture where no a**holes are allowed and it is stated on the wall.

      Cons

      Growing pains if your a person that needs a lot of structure, then this is not the place for you. If you want deals to land on your lap this is not a place for you. You do need to work for your deals but leveraging your network, working close with marketing and channel. If you do these you will be fine. It is still early for our adoption, it be a crawl, walk, run.

      Lousy company, weak ceo

      Pros

      Able to stay in business for 5 years. Offer free coffee and snacks. Has some really good customers. Was able to raise over $200 million.

      Cons

      Ceo is weak. Lacks leadership skills and is wishy washy and indecisive. Company is headed for a fall. schedules and sales being missed. Most employees unhappy just waiting to get out. culture is opposite of published, it is harrassing , non-collaborative, free for all. can never make it like this.
