Pros

Everyone there is really nice. Most people there are entry level just trying to start their careers, Everyone is usually pretty good about helping you be as successful as you can be, given the job requirements. Great job for just starting out in sales and getting some face to face with potential customers. They also have team activities pretty often, that are always super fun!

Cons

Although most people are really nice, it is not the best long term career path. There are no benefit options, and since you "make commission", your base hourly wage is extremely low. Its either hit or miss with your commission success, but if you aren't successful after the first couple weeks, people start getting a little frustrated with you. Hours are not always guaranteed, and most of the time you are not working 40hrs/week.

Pros

The potential for growth both professionally and personally at this organization is immense. You have the opportunity to gain valuable insight from successful people both in our office and all around the country. Since joining the company two months ago, I have been promoted to a corporate trainer role and have been given the opportunity to travel, learn, lead, and interact with so many people I would have never had the chance to learn from before.

Cons

It is a performance based position. Some people see the direct pathway to upward growth and think that it will just be handed to them and it will be easy, but it is very easy to not put in the work fall behind.
