Pros

Great entry level job with lots of potential to move up if you’re willing to work hard! Manager is a great guy who cares about everyone’s success in the company. Great office culture working along side great people. Lots of travel opportunities at no expense that were always a good time.

Cons

Have nothing to say bad about the company, but if you’re not willing to work weekends and long hours to get a good return on your time investment, then this job isn’t for you.

Pros

The people are welcoming and are very positive about the success of everyone in the company. The morning meetings every day definitely made you feel excited about doing well as an individual and a company. There were many opportunities to get rewarded for good performance like prizes and work trips.

Cons

I felt like I was being lied to all the time. Even though they sell you on the fact that you will move up within the company, it didn't seem like the people above me were doing anything different but training and they were still along side of us doing the same thing every day. They're not upfront about the fact that you are standing at a retail store bothering customers by chasing them and trying to sell them on a product or company. Even when I asked about the day to day tasks on the interview, they were very vague. The company culture is very frat-like. They used humiliation tactics a lot which I found odd. For example, during the meetings if you dropped your pen they made you spin a wheel and the consequences would be things like push ups and wall sits. Another example, the manager threatened to throw a pie in my trainer's face if he didn't outperform him. The hours were also crazy considering a lot of days you're at the office at 8am and working until 7pm. I generally didn't feel comfortable working there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're pleased to hear that you found the team atmosphere welcoming and that our morning meetings helped to energize and inspire you. Celebrating individual achievements and encouraging positivity in the workplace is something we genuinely value, so we're glad that resonated with you. We’re sorry to learn that some aspects of the role and company culture didn’t align with your expectations. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible about daily responsibilities, and we’re continuously working on improving our communication in interviews to give a clear and accurate view of the position. We understand that elements of our company culture, such as team-building activities, may not resonate with everyone, and we appreciate your feedback on this. Creating an inclusive and comfortable environment is important to us, so we'll review the activities to ensure they’re motivating without making anyone uncomfortable.
