True Management Program if you are willing to work for it. You determine how fast you want to be promoted and move through the management development program. Leadership is valued and the managers are some of the best in the country. You learn from the best. Sales training, leadership, managing discipline, teamwork, and growth are just some of the values you will learn while here.

Cons

None really come to mind. Long hours are involved but that comes with wanting to move fast through the program.
