Pros

Working with like-minded (entrepreneurial) individuals that understand how to truly develop entry level employees like myself. Hands on training and mentoring from day one was all I could ask for as a recent college graduate, new to the "real world" The open door policy that allows you to work with their management team has been an unreal opportunity. Last but not least, working with Fortune 100 clients is awesome within itself.

Cons

Requires a student mentality, motivation for success, and work ethic.

Pros

Enjoyed conversing with fellow coworkers, management was easy to get along with, we sold a great service from a well qualified client.

Cons

Traveling to different warehouses, no compensation for traveling, no guarantee of making commission, mentally exhausting.

Pros

In my experience, while most companies tell you of advancement opportunities rarely do you actually see promotions. I've seen two promotions already in just several of months. I have also been on all-expense company trips including Dallas, TX, West Palm Beach, Fl, Las Vegas, Austin, Tx, and a few more. I have had the opportunity to develop my leadership skills tremendously since I have been with New Acquisitions.

Cons

I am currently working less hours than I'm accustomed to, but am making more than I have at previous positions. I was a little caught off guard at an environment where everyone could have fun, stay professional and work together in a team, but have adjusted quite quickly.
