      Horrible experience

      Pros

      None, really. People were nice, although constantly being in fear for your job makes the whole environment on edge.

      Cons

      Owner needs to sell! She was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Would bad mouth employees during meetings (as long as that employee was not present), feared having uncomfortable conversations, and lacked the focus to do anything but be involved in the thick of thin things.

      Pros

      Growing company. Modern atmosphere. Company was ok to work for. Owner has the ability to be a good team leader and can create a good team environment.

      Cons

      Image was more important than substance. Leadership was not always clear or consistent. Lacks company direction and goals along with professionalism to follow through.

      The work environment is very eclectic; not your normal office. Office culture is progressive and friendly. Good benefits..
