Pros

-Real and honest people working here -A lot of subject matter experts, open to talk to and know what they're talking about -Really good training program, went from knowing nothing about logistics and selling to being able to have a real conversation about the industry and being able to pitch to a customer within a month

Cons

-Nothing as of now. Have only worked here for a month, but I think that everyone is transparent.

Pros

None really, except the people were awesome even though they are in constant fear of either losing their job or being retaliated against for sticking up for themselves against tyrant leaders.

Cons

Where do I begin? Depending on which office you work for there may not be a lot of cons, but one really is a “delight” Change is promised but never comes. You are asked to give suggestions on how to make the company run a bit more effective and efficiently, and when you do it falls on deaf ears. Many shady practices of you being asked to tell the customer you had carriers when in reality you did not, and then getting in trouble for "lying" to the customer after you were told to do so. One of the supervisors by far one of the worst human beings I have ever worked for. They constantly belittles their subordinates. Takes it upon themself to swear not only at carriers but some of the customers. They feel the need to feed their ego by belittling the others in the office. Morale in that office is way down whenever they are around but runs smooth when they are is not, and there is a more jovial and team atmosphere. Also, if you are a carrier sales rep I hope you like having your loads stolen by another carrier sales rep in the office. Many of the employees want to speak up but know that the “COO’s” open-door policy is complete crap as they just run back and tell what you have told them and you end up humiliated in front of the entire office of 8-9 people. For someone in a management position and who should be looked to as a leader, they lack class and tact. If you must use the “COO” as a “buffer” between you and one of your employees because you were not thought how to talk like a human being, perhaps you don’t belong in a management position. There are no metrics put in place here, which is why this office can seem a bit chaotic at times. If you are ok with borderline racist remarks than this is the place for you. Be prepared to hear different ethnicities talked about and stereotyped, especially if you are Hispanic. Remember folks the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

Pros

The employees are nice enough I guess - Until one person has a bad day and then the mood changes and spreads like wildfire

Cons

There are so many cons I can't even start. This is not the place for you. The constant turnover, cold hearted, selfish owner, and employees who turn on each other because they are all underpaid, but afraid to leave for some reason..... Terrible salary, bad benefits, unrealistic goals, and expectations.
