Pros

New Balance has been a perfect fit for me. They took me in February of 2015, about two months after I graduated from school. The management here is great, they are right there with you every day and teaching you how to become a great sales person. What separates New Balance from the rest is they make sure you don't miss important events in your personal life.

Cons

The only con would having to work with feet all day long, but I got over that quickly.
