      Management, very poor management, hours are very inconsistent, not enough employees, always short handed, poor training, man for himself mentality because of commission

      Outstanding strategic plan and Sr. Management vision for future. Great opportunity to lead and grow in entrepreneurial space. Ownership willingness to invest in future growth. Strong values that ownership insures are core to everything we do. Great, competitive people to work with.

      Very few. Must be willing to be agile, self starter, and one that can build future infrastructure while growing current business.
