Pros

respect for family and family time vacation time from day one If I was a younger person I could see myself trying to make a career with them

Cons

Having to stand an entire shift is just stupid, especially for a "foot health" company. Their loss prevention policies are stupid, focusing more on internal theft and putting the primary responsibility for LP on hourly clerks. Buy some cameras!

Pros

Excellent benefits and opportunity for growth. Flexible hours. Opportunity to work from home based on manager's approval.

Cons

Apparel business is young. Still some growing pains to work through, but there is some very positive momentum.
