Pros

New Balance has good bennefits and good pay. That is the only thing going for it.

Cons

The management treats you like children. They tell you they want your input but only if its what they want to hear. If you disagree with a supervisor or team leader they will find a reason to get rid of you.You will be alright if you dont mind being treated like a robot. I was there 5 years and my supervisor got mad at me and said I didnt know how tto do my job.

Pros

Benefits packages and compensation are great. The company does truly care about their core values.

Cons

I spent a year with NB in the corporate office in Brighton, MA. During that time I saw multiple people receive promotions due to favoritism as opposed to hard work. I also saw some very hard working people get demoted because they weren't part of the boys club. It's a shame.

Pros

Good hours and decent pay. Company is energetic and people seem to enjoy working here.

Cons

No upward mobility due to flat management structure. Systems are awful and the infrastructure cannot support demands for information.
