Pros

family company dedicated to employees and customer service great products for support and performance, as well as casual wear many opportunities are given to grow within the company close-knit environment lots of benefits for full-time including co-pay for doctor visits as well as tuition reimbursement part time benefits include gym membership reimbursement and paid vacation days. making the sales goals everyday means everyone gets a "spiff" on payday

Cons

work can be very boring when things are slow management stresses walking around the store even when there aren't very many customers shopping. breaks are very short for anyone working a shift that's less than 8 hours

Pros

Work/Life balance, great benefits, great discounts on products, great hours to work, volunteer opportunities in the community so you feel you are giving back somehow.

Cons

Company promotes a lot of 'lateral moves' , no room to grow.. It could take YEARS to move up the ladder or get a promotion.
