Pros

Good work life balance, fun brand to work for, good benefits package (medical 401k vacation etc), many good people in the finance dept that are hard working and motivated to make things better, I was able to work on many interesting projects.

Cons

Very poor salary, good luck trying to get help from other groups everyone is always busy and your requests are often ignored, the HR department is huge and essentially useless god help you if you need to fill a position, NB pushes work life balance but it has resulted in a union type atmosphere where many employees just do the minimum required.
